it was one year ago, when I met konno san (the chef of uguisu) at Rose bakery, paris.
We was sitting at same table accidently, and talked about cafe and food and paris.
He said he has his own bistro restaurant in tokyo, and this was the night I finally reached there. Because of his humble behavior, I could not imagine the restaurant would be such amazing like top quality of french bistro. the best food and wine than ever, and the people in this small restaurant had the same sense of taste, I feel. There's no surprise that we decided to be a regular customer of uguisu from now on. :)
